"Refund Came Through Fast"
I’m careful about keeping records and making sure I don’t get stuck waiting around, so I was glad this was handled quickly. I got my money back really fast, which definitely made the whole situation less stressful

"Sizing is consistent for me"
I shop on hm.com often and for the most part the sizing has been easy to trust. My usual size usually works in tops and jeans which makes ordering online a lot less stressful.

Every now and then a dress or sweater fits a little different so I still read reviews when they have them. Overall though it’s been reliable enough for me and I’d give it 4 stars.

I’m really happy with this. It was inexpensive, but it doesn’t look cheap at all once it’s set up. The finish looks clean, the details are neat, and it gives the room a nicer look without spending a lot. Definitely a good buy for the price.

Checkout was easy overall. My saved address showed up right away, the card payment worked on the first try, and I got the order confirmation email almost instantly. I appreciated not having to deal with weird errors or a bunch of extra steps. That said, it was a basic experience, nothing especially impressive, but it did what I needed it to do.

I placed my order on H&M last week, and it actually showed up right on time a few days later, which I appreciated. Most of the items were exactly what I ordered, but one shirt came in the wrong size. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but by the time I noticed and started the return process, it became a bit of a hassle. I grabbed a few basic tops and a pair of jeans from H&M, i’m happy with everything. The sizing was spot on for me, and the material feels nice, definitely not cheap or flimsy. Delivery took a few days, but it wasn’t a big deal. I also had to return one item, and that was super easy. I’d definitely shop there again for simple everyday clothes.

I shop on hm.com often, the website is easy to use. Or at least I think so compared to a lot of other clothing sites. The filters usually work well, the sizing info is clear enough, and I can find basic things without having to click around forever. Checkout is simple too, especially with my details saved, so it doesn’t feel like a whole process every time. The only thing is that some items seem to sell out really quickly, which can be a little annoying, but maybe that’s just because I wait too long. Overall, the site works fine for me and I don’t really run into many issues

"Stylish Finds Without the Ridiculous Prices"
I’ve been browsing H&M lately i really like a lot of their designs. They have tons of simple but stylish pieces, which is exactly what I usually go for. I found some nice tops and jeans that look way more expensive than they actually are, and I do think it’s fair when brands make decent-looking clothes accessible without charging people absurd prices. The site was easy to use too — no glitches or issues for me.

"Looks good, but the fabric was a letdown"
It looks really nice at first glance, and the style is pretty much what I expected. But once I actually felt the fabric, it seemed kind of cheap and thinner than I was hoping for. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “the material is as listed and should hold up with normal use,” which is fair, but it still didn’t feel as nice in person as it looked online.

I liked that hm gives you a few ways to pay. I mean, it just makes checkout feel a lot easier. My card and PayPal both worked fine, no issues there. I just wish the pay later option was explained a bit more clearly. Still, overall, it was a good experience

I shop on hm.com often, probably more than I mean to, and it’s been great because most of the stuff I’m looking for is actually in stock. "Pretty good for the price"
I order from hm often, especially for basics. For the price, I’ve been happy with the quality. A few pieces have actually lasted way longer than I expected. Their sales are usually worth a look too, and delivery has been fine for me so far. Sizing can be a little hit or miss depending on the item, but overall, for what I’m paying, I’m happy with it.
